A simple bacon, lettuce and tomato salad in a sweet and creamy dressing with crunchy French bread croutons.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread out bread cubes into an even layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10
    minutes.
  2. 2Meanwhile, whisk together water, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar and oil in a large bowl. Toss in lettuce, tomato and bread cubes. Add bacon and onion and serve.
