  • (2/3 cup) quick-cooking oats
  • (3 Tbsp.) barbeque sauce
  • (3 Tbsp.) green onion, chopped
  • (1/2 tsp.) hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • (1/2 tsp.) dried savory
  • Salt
  • (2 Tbsp.) vegetable oil

These mini tuna cakes are sweet and spicy with a combination of barbeque and hot pepper sauces.

    Instructions

  1. 1Combine tuna, egg, oats, barbeque sauce, green onion, hot pepper sauce, savory, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
  2. 2Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil. When hot, drop by Tablespoonfuls into pan. Use a spatula to flatten each one slightly. Cook about 6 minutes, turning once halfway through. Enjoy!
