These delicate salmon burgers are served on fresh whole-wheat rolls with a tangy yogurt mustard, crisp lettuce and juicy tomato.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a small baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, onion, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, and dill. Form into 4 equal patties, place on greased baking sheet.
  3. 3Bake 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and mustard. Spread each roll with yogurt mustard, top with a burger, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
