Baked Dijon Fish Fillets

Your choice of fish brushed with a tangy dijon mayo, covered with breadcrumbs and baked until golden brown.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fish on a baking
  2. 2In a small bowl, combine mustard and mayonnaise. Use a pastry brush to brush each fillet with mixture, top evenly with panko.
