Seated Triceps Extensions With Two Kettlebells

Starting Position: Sit on the floor with your back straight and your legs extended straight out into a "V". Hold a kettlebell by the handle with each hand behind your head, elbows pointing to the ceiling.

  1. 1 Exhaling, slowly press the kettlebells straight up until your arms are fully extended, keeping your elbows tucked in.
  2. 2 Inhale and slowly return your arms to starting position.
  3. 3 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
