Exercise Category: Neck

Starting Position: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointing forward.

  1. 1 In one fluid movement, slowly roll your neck forward, to the side, back and to the other side.
  2. 2 Rotate ten times, then switch directions and repeat.
  3. 3 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
