Description: This exercise works your abs using a medicine ball while doing a twist motion.

Equipment: Medicine ball, exercise ball

Minimum Frequency: 1 day a week

Maximum Frequency: 5 days a week

Exercise Category: Abs

Step 1: Lay flat on the exercise ball with your arms straight while holding a medicine ball in your hands.

Step 2: Twist your arms and upper body to one side.

Step 3: Alternate sides that you twist to.

Step 4: Repeat until you have finished all repetitions.

  • Do all the work with your abs
  • Keep your knees slightly bent
